Through this project, we aimed to screen for digestive diseases that cause significant damage to the domestic pig farming industry, discover genes that confer resistance to those diseases, and provide advisory services to enable selective introduction of individuals with disease-resistant genes when introducing sows or newborn pigs to farms.
